Thank you for shopping with MANATA. We aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. Please review the details below to understand how we handle shipping.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we ensure each order is handled with care.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the selected service and delivery destination.
Current shipping coverage: We currently ship within the United States only.
- Estimated delivery time (Domestic – USA): 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Note: Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen events beyond our control.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package’s progress in real time.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact us at info@manata.shop.
4. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery. If we are unable to reach you within 14 days, the order may be refunded (excluding shipping costs).
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes or military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses at this time.
- We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@manata.shop with clear photos. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
