FAQ

What does MANATA mean?

MANATA is inspired by the energy of the islands. It's about intention, balance, and slow creation. Every piece we make carries a sense of connection to nature, the ocean, and the stories we choose to wear.

The name comes from “ManaTā” (Māna-Tā). In Samoan culture, “Mana” means spiritual strength, inner energy, and presence. “Tā” means symbol, tattoo, or the beat of something meaningful — like nature’s imprint on the body.
Together, it can be translated as “Power in Symbols” — and that’s exactly what we aim to express through our pieces.

Where are your products made?
All our pieces are handcrafted in Greece, using natural materials and premium elements. From the beading to the packaging, everything is done in-house with attention to detail.

How are the materials selected?
We carefully choose elements like volcanic rock, sea salt, and driftwood fragments. These are cleaned, ground to fine particles, and then blended into the base materials before forming each bead or charm.

Are the pieces waterproof?
Yes. Our bracelets are made to travel with you — ocean, rain, or sun. They are water-friendly and designed for daily wear without compromising their structure or style.

What’s your return policy?
You may return or exchange your item within 15 days of receiving it. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we only ship within Greece. We’re working on expanding soon, so stay tuned.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping within Greece usually takes 2–4 business days. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
