"I wanted something on my wrist that reminded me of the ocean. I couldn't find it, so I designed it myself."
My name is Chris. I'm Greek, and I founded Manatā.
Most days you'll find me at the beach, on a padel court, or at the gym. I love to surf, travel, and I've always been into automotive culture.
But this brand didn't come from any of that. It came from a moment in the city. Stressed, buried in work, completely disconnected. I wanted something on my wrist that reminded me of the ocean. Something that carried a little of that feeling with me even when I was nowhere near it.
I looked around and couldn't find it. Everything I found felt too familiar. Nothing carried the feeling I was looking for. Nothing reminded me of French Polynesia, Hawaii, or those places that seem to slow everything down the moment you arrive.
So I designed it myself. That first idea became Manatā.
Today, every piece starts with an idea, a story, or a feeling. I design the pieces, and they're brought to life by skilled artisan partners who care about the details as much as I do.
That's Manatā. Island-inspired jewelry for the chaos of everyday life.
It started with a bracelet. But it was never meant to stop there.

The ocean has always been part of the Manatā story not just as inspiration, but as a reminder of the places that make us feel alive.
As Manatā grows, we want our contribution to grow with it.
That's why we donate 1% of Manatā's gross sales to the Surfrider Foundation, supporting its mission to protect our ocean, waves and beaches.
It's a small commitment today one we hope grows alongside Manatā.
