Refund Policy

At MANATA, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Returns – Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging (including pouches, tags, and accessories).
  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required.
  • Returns must be authorized in advance (RMA). Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., charms or bracelets with names or custom designs)
  • Beads and accessories that have been opened or used
  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • “Final Sale” items where indicated at checkout

How to Start a Return (RMA)

  1. Email us at info@manata.shop within 14 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with return authorization and instructions (RMA).
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of RMA approval.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. If preferred, we can provide a prepaid return label and deduct its cost from your refund.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@manata.shop if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include clear photos so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exchanges

For a different size or style, return the item as above and place a new order. Where possible, we may offer direct exchanges depending on stock.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you about approval or rejection.

  • If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Processing times vary (typically 5–10 business days after refund issuance).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping & Risk of Loss

Until the return reaches us, the package is your responsibility. Use a trackable and insured shipping service. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Re-check your bank account or statement.
  2. Contact your card company or bank.
  3. If still missing, email us at info@manata.shop.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you may receive a gift credit once your return is processed. Otherwise, refunds go to the original purchaser’s payment method.
